After yesterday's defeat, it is absolutely vital we get our Play-off push back on track with three points on Saturday!
Walton Casuals will be difficult opposition.
They have little to play for throughout the rest of this season but that will give them freedom to express themselves.
They have also beaten the likes of Worthing and Hythe in recent, so they are certainly no mugs!
Our game against them earlier this season could have either gone either way and a 1-1 draw was about fair.
Hopefully, we get back to winning ways.

Full-time score: Faversham Town 7 Walton Casuals 0
What a result!
Dean Grant with four goals inside the first 30 minutes, too!
Play-off race really hotting up - it looks to be down to the top seven now.
A result against Sittingbourne and our destiny is in our own hands.
What a way to bounce back from Wednesday night, as well.

Faversham Town 7-0 Walton Casuals
Starting line up:
William Godmon, Ryan Cooper, Ashley Brown, Matthew Bourne, John Scarborough, Josh Stanford, Daniel Carrington, George Monger, Renford Tenyue, Luke Harvey, Dean Grant.
One of those days when it all goes so very right. Notably, Walton Casuals can point to recent victories against the likes Hythe, Worthing and Herne Bay. so I'd got this down as a tough fixture. Likely to be a tight affair. But the form book ignores the today. And today we were irresistible.
Early doors and a fair few instances of slipping, players unable to stay on their feet. So the conditions initially playing a part. Early chance for Casuals. Played into our box, right corner of, John Scarborough goes to challenge, but slips, the Casuals man is in, aims for the left hand side, but Willian Godmon makes a decent save to send it round the post for a corner. On 12, from midfield, the ball is spread wide out to Renford Tenyue on the left, beats his man, gets to the byline and delivers a low cross into the area. Luke Harvey's shot is blocked, Dean Grant is the first to react and scoops it passed the keeper and inside of the right hand post. 1-0. 7 minutes later and Josh Stanford drives forward, right midfield, spreads it even wider out to Luke Harvey on the touchline, Luke delivers a glorious cross to the back stick, where Dean Grant seems to be hanging in the air waiting, ball duly arrives and Dean seems to get the lightest of touches and the ball drops neatly into the left hand corner of the net. 2-0. On 25, a poor clearance from the Casuals keeper, now out of his area, a Daniel Carrington effort from distance is blocked, Josh Stanford picks up the loose ball and heads for the area, but brought down in the D. Free-kick. Dean Grant steps up and bends it round the wall, I'm sure it takes a slight deflection, but nevertheless, the strike finds the right hand side of the net. 3-0. We're now running riot. A Dean Grant shot is deflected for a corner. George Monger's corner from the left, Matthew Bourne directs his header back to Dean Grant and Dean heads it round the keeper and into right hand side of the net. 4-0. A Luke Harvey effort, driven low and hard across the keeper, right to left, but wrong side of the post. Daniel Carrington makes way for Mobolaji Dawodu. A couple of Casuals' forays. From a corner, George Monger clears off the line, and then from their right, a decent swinging ball into our area, an attacker sticks out a leg, back across goal, it really looks like it has goal written all over it, but our keeper plucks it out of the air. A stunning save in it's seeming simplicity. 4-0 at H-T.
And if any thoughts of us sitting on our lead entered any heads! Not a chance. within 2 minutes of the restart a decent build up, Bola does well to hook the ball out right to Dean Grant, inside to Josh Stanford, and the ball falls invitingly into the path of George Monger just outside of the area, George shapes to shoot and nails it. Low, hard and passed the the keepers' despairing dive and into the left hand side of the net. Great strike, great goal. 5-0. A throw from the left, comes to Josh Stanford in the box, shoots, just wide of the left hand post. A ball out of midfield finds Dean Grant on the left hand edge of the area, inside to Josh Stanford, the downwards half-volley beats the keeper and into the left hand corner. 6-0. Another fine goal. Luke Harvey and Renford Tenyue make way for Liam King and Kieron Campbell. We look like we have more goals in us. A Dean Grant shot in the area, turned away for a corner by the keeper. A Josh Stanford cross into a crowded area, headed against the post (missed by whom). So, 6-0 up and some very fine goals. Can it get any better? Well, yes it can and it did. Kieron Campbell, receives the ball, 30ish yards out, slightly to the left hand side of the pitch. Decides to have a dig. Flies into the right hand top corner, unstoppable. The keeper just watches it, no attempt to save-it would have been wasted effort-an impossible task. How to explain the reaction to that goal on the halfway line. Not sure I can, but varying degrees of incredulity. Stunning, stunning goal. Oh, nearly forgot, 7-0. And still we make chances. George Monger finds Liam King on the edge of the area, turns and shoots, but just over. Mobolaji Dawodu gets into the area, gets a shot away, keeper saves. From the right, George Monger delivers a delicious cross into the area, Dean Grant meets, but this time, the header is just over. 7-0 at F-T.
Reason to be cheerful:
a) 7-0. b) Some great goals. But that Kieron Campbell strike. You don't see those every match. c) another fantastic afternoon at the Lane. d) play-off stuff. Well, as you were. But, our form is very, very decent.
Again failed to hear the sponsor's MOM. So, in that respect, another dreadful performance from me.
But I'm tempted to speculate (probably as a result of the celebratory beer). With 4 goals, Dean Grant would have been in the mix-and rightly so. But George Monger absolutely bossed that midfield today. But, strong right across the pitch.
Massive game at Sittingbourne on Tuesday. Our game in hand. See you there. COYW.
