Full-time score: South Park 0 Faversham Town 2 (Stanford and Tenyue).
Another crucial,crucial victory tonight!
South Park are a useful side, so to travel to their place on a Wednesday night and get the points could well prove vital.
The result moves us to fourth for the moment, although fellow Play-off chasers Hythe and Hastings are in action against each other tomorrow.
We are now on 70 points after 39 league matches.
Some time ago, I said if we averaged two points per game, we would make the Play-offs - and, even though it looks like it will be close, I'm sticking by that.
To end on 84 points and not make the top five, would be extremely unfortunate!
On to another important game on Saturday.

A chilly night in an eerily empty South Park stadium. Well, more park than stadium. But eerily quiet nonetheless. And chilly.
But the atmosphere was made all the warmer by a couple of great goals, some genuinely top notch shot stopping, and the acquisition of three well earned points.
The first goal came after some great work by Luke Harvey who got the ball across for Josh Stanford to slot home after 8 minutes. I didn't have the best of views from the only seats strangely located near the far corner flag. But the halfway line posse who took up a standing position somewhat less strangely near the halfway line confirmed during the halftime thawing break that it had been a finely worked goal. Before that, we'd been kept in front by a series of truly fine saves from goalscoring hero Will Godman during a short spell when we seemed to switch off a bit. But no worries. He had it all covered. Second half, and suddenly my seating position bears fruit when Ren Tenuye (who's been playing better and better over the past weeks) pulled off a twisting little move on the far side of the box, cut back in, and shaped up a beautifully curling shot that floated tantalisingly beyond the outstretched arm of the flailing keeper. Two nil. And we see out the game reasonably comfortably. So, up to fourth. Here's hoping the H's do us a favour by drawing tomorrow. And then on to Walton to play the Hersham boys (in their lace up boots and corduroys) on Saturday. Things are really hotting up. And I didn't think I'd be saying that at the start of this evening.
Come on you Whites!
