Nice to have a couple of home matches in quick succession!
Hopefully, we can get a bigger attendance than the 111 we managed on Tuesday evening and get near, or maybe even over, the 200 mark.
As for the match itself, we will probably be favourites and have a decent record against T & M but - as ever, especially in this league - there is absolutely no room for complacency.
See you tomorrow!

Full-time score: Faversham Town 2 (L.King x 2) Tooting & Mitcham United 1.
A good win!
Not sure how we didn't win by more but we didn't help ourselves by giving them a soft penalty inside the first 10 minutes.
But, from then on, we always looked the more likely to win and any win is a good win.
We played some really excellent football, especially in the first-half, and our first goal showed that.
Jamie Maxted bursting down the left and delivering a good low cross, Stuart King selling a couple of defenders with a smart dummy, and Liam King finding the net with a good finish.
Liam could easily have scored his second before half-time - and I dare say some of their defenders had put money on him to do so with the way they defended!
It's difficult to explain how comical some of their defending was (hopefully, CJK's video shows it in a clearer fashion), especially in one particular move I'm about to describe, but I'll give it a go:
Their no.4 (captain and centre-back) is about to take a free-kick on the halfway line and - with only Liam King for company with all our other players defending - he decides to try and pass the ball short to his left..... and passes straight to Liam!
To their credit, a couple of defenders come across and looked to have done just enough to stop Liam breaking through... but now their keeper is having other ideas.
He waits far too long to clear the ball and Liam charges down his attempted clearance.
Fortunately for their keeper, the ball cannons off the crossbar and away to relative safety.
So, 1-1 at half-time and we know they are there for the taking.
And it takes us just three minutes of play in the second-half to score our second.
Stuart finds Liam with a clever flick, he finds the bottom corner and two of our Kings are working in tandem!
Tooting try to build some pressure during the second period but don't really ever create any serious chances.
They are lucky to see their no.7 only receive a booking for a wild two-footed challenge on George Monger but, as they slowly start to lose their discipline, lose their no.2 in the final seconds..... Eventually.
I say eventually because the Ref manages to book their no.2 for a foul on Dean Grant and then restarts play, only to realise soon after that, that was their no.2's second yellow and stops the play, so he can send him off.
So an eventful matches, which we could and perhaps should have won more comprehensively, but we manage to get a win to keep our recent unbeaten league run going and really, that is all that matters.
Now, onto a difficult away game against Molesey on Tuesday, can't wait.

Faversham Town 2-1 Tooting & Mitcham
Starting line up:
William Godmon, Ryan Cooper, John Scarborough, Matthew Bourne, Jamie Maxted, George Monger, Daniel Carrington, David Botterill, Charley Robertson, Liam King, Stuart King.
A cold, cold afternoon at Salters Lane. But a decent result to warm the C**kles and extend the unbeaten run in the league to six games-worth every frozen moment. I have to agree with FAV Army, there were certainly times during this match when it seemed incredible that we weren't out of sight. On the flip side, all the time there was only one goal in it, the T&M forays into our half were always cause for concern. Certainly a few sharp intakes of breath. Nevertheless, this was a deserved victory.
Early doors and we start well. We open the T&M defence, Charley Robertson finds Liam King wide right, the cross is too firm and Daniel Carrington's header is over. Having dominated the early exchanges, we concede. There appeared no imminent danger, Matthew Bourne stretching, challenges, the T&M man goes over. Yes, a penalty. But definitely soft. Anyway, the T&M man steps up and confidently puts the penalty away to our keepers' left. Only it has to be retaken. For encroachment into the area I think. So, still hope. Unfortunately not, the same player strikes an even better penalty into the other side of the net. 0-1. Jamie Maxted's progress down the left is brought to an end by, well, a body check. Free-kick. Stuart King takes, low, hard and curling, brings a great stop from the T&M keeper low to his right, Daniel Carrington is quickest to the rebound, but into the wrong side of the netting. And on 27 the deserved equaliser. Great run from Jamie Maxted down the left, firm, low cross into the danger area, Stuart King dummies and Liam King hammers home, the T&M keeper helping the ball home into the right hand side of his net. A really well worked goal. A high ball in the wind, David Botterill reads it, controls and plays a fine ball through to Stuart King in the area, Stuart does the necessary and fires home from close range. But offside. Hhhhmmm, wasn't sure about the offide. Hopefully the benefit of video evidence will prove conclusive. T&M gift us an attacking oportunity. A free-kick just in their half, effectively a pass to Liam King who anticipates and runs at pace, goalbound. With defenders for company, Liam loses out, keeper now has it, the keepers' clearance is charged down by Liam, the ball hits the ground and then hits the bar.
1-1 at H-T.
The perfect start to the second half. On 3 minutes, a long ball out of defence, Stuart King flicks on into the run of Liam King, Liam takes it on and fires passed the keepers dive into the left hand corner. Really well taken goal. A lovely simplicity about it. 2-1. Jamie Maxted drives forward, a cross into the box, keeper spills and Stuart King nearly turns it in. And then in truth, the chances dry up. But that said, we're not being unduly troubled. T&M have a spell, during which they force three corners within a short space of time - but still not overly threatening. We respond by making a triple substitution. Dean Grant, Renford Tenyue and Josh Stanford on for Stuart King, Liam King and Matthew Bourne. And a few chances duly arrive. Renford Tenyue and George Monger combine well down the right, George crosses, Jamie Maxted attacks the cross, header just over. T&M remind us of the slender nature of our lead, from their right, ball played central and a 25 yarder is only about a foot over. Decent strike. Great win from Josh Stanford, slide rule pass into Dean Grant's run, Dean beats his man, slips it passed the keeper, but curls just wide of the left hand post. It would have been a fine goal. Just time to have our hearts in our mouths very late on, when a T&M man, free in the box, mere yards out, thankfully elects to send it 6 yards wide. A definite let off.
1-2 at F-T.
So, a deserved victory, and the footballing gods would have been most unjust (and we know they can be) if this had been anything other than a FTFC victory. A hard earned victory. One of those when it felt like it may have been a bigger scoreline, but credit to T&M for digging in and making the match go all the way.
So reasons to be cheerful:
a) the unbeaten run in the league up to six games b) the ascent up the league continues - 7th now. But more than that - we look good value for it c) 216 turn up to freeze. Madness-but the best sort of madness. d) a new ground to visit on Tuesday. Molesey. See you there.
