After a week off, it's back to action tomorrow evening against Three Bridges.
It was probably good to get a Saturday off after the defeat to Tonbridge Angels last Tuesday, which some have suggested wasn't deserved.
We now need to forget about the result (after all, it was the Kent Senior Cup. Not top of our priority list) and try to build on that performance along with other recent performances, which have brought a few good results.
Three Bridges played and won on Saturday against Whitstable (no offence to our neighbours but I would have been surprised if Three Bridges hadn't won).
Hopefully, they are suffering from tired legs and we can continue our recent good league form.
See you tomorrow.

Full-time score: Faversham Town 3 (S.King x 2 and L.King) Three Bridges 1.
A good win in difficult conditions and well deserved too.
Nice to see Liam King score his first senior goal for the club (and some goal it was too) and Stuart King is looking more and more like the 30-goal a season striker we thought we signed now, after going through a rough patch!
As a team, we really started to look like the team that scored over 100 goals last season again tonight, especially after the third goal went in.
The scoreline could have easily been more comprehensive - we could have scored a few more at the end and the goal we conceded was pretty soft - but I'll take a 3-1 win.
Another 46/47 or so points from our remaining 25 league matches, with most of the lower sides still to play, and we'll be in the Play-offs again - easy!
Still, the likes of Willo, Deano, Ren and Bourney to come back into the squad as well.
