Any idea when a squad list is going to be released, interested who we have signed and who we have kept?

The club are in the process of launching a new website.
I believe the squad is ready to be announced but it will probably be done so, once the new website is launched.
Hopefully, that will be in the near future.
In the meantime, why not come along to a friendly and check out the squad for yourself?

Hi xtrt7, I certainly can't offer an official list. But on the basis of witnessing the last 2 friendlies, all of last years first team squad have featured except Jamie Maxted (injury), Charley Robertson (illness), Dean Grant (holiday) and Ashley Brown (I'm afraid I don't know).
Additionally from last years U21s Ryan Cheek and Jack Sellens have been involved. Kieron Cambell has also had 2 starts-and looked sharp if I may say so. Simon Overland making 2 substitute appearances. Fantastic to see Simon back. Sam Bewick also made a decent second half appearance yesterday. And good to see Kieron Oliver back in an FTFC shirt. Additionally yesterday there were trialists (is that the right word?) at centre back, centre midfield and right back (second appearance). I'm afraid I can't furnish you with names (notebook not at hand)-but decent performances.
A bit on yesterday. Bleedin' hot. And a bobbly pitch. So not the best conditions for footy.
First goal. Route one-but effective. Long punt from defence into the area, ultimately played into Liam King, defender between Liam and goal, a swivel and low shot, keeper's view possibly blocked by defender. Nicely placed. 1-0. Second goal. Daniel Carrington tidies up in midfield, Liam King and Luke Harvey one-two, right side, Luke brings and delivers into the area, fine cross, George Monger arriving in the area, drives it low into the right hand corner. Well worked goal. Tunbridge Wells got one back after an individual defensive error from a trialist. Unfortunate, because he'd had a really decent/solid game (and similarly solid in the second half at Ashford). Tunbridge Wells also hit the bar, as did Luke Harvey late on.
So, not my best summary, but it is, as in the footy world-only pre-season.
Margate away on Tuesday and Whitstable away on Saturday. If you're going xtrt7, be good to see you. COYW.

I try to get to as many games as possible but due to work it is hard to make Tuesday night games, and Saturdays depends on shifts!! I will try and get to one of the games soon. Thanks for the info Dave. Will be good too see is potentially pushing for the title this year, a young team with some experienced heads and hungry which is good.
